Returns & Exchange Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days, except below exceptions. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full or partial refund. For a full refund, you must request it within 3 days.
To be eligible for a return, your jacket must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, you require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are circumstances where only partial refunds are granted, such as when the jacket is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, or is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Full refunds are not applicable after successfull exchange of the order
